Great experience. Test drove a nice Chrysler Pacifica today. The salesman was Mike the Greek. He new his stuff and have 6 me so the info without the hard sell. Highly recommend him and the dealership.
Just a quick note to applaud SJD, excellent dealership & service dept. We take our Renegade there for service. Tony, service writer, is excellent in all respects. and that is an accolade this crusty ol mariner does not toss around lightly. the service dept i think is what sets a dealership apart. SJD i believe has an excellent service dept. I need tires, wonder if i can get them there? I would just to keep my business there. thats all.

The reason I go back is that SJ Denham always gives me the easiest and most honest experience I've ever had with dealers anywhere. Mark was so helpful, knowledgeable, and honest, with no pressure whatsoever. It's so refreshing to deal with businesses that have such a wonderful business model. My recent purchase was for my daughter who so urgently needed a reliable car that was attractive, safe, and fun. She found it there. Other local dealers tried to pull the old bait and switch routine and I refuse to be treated that way. Anyone looking for the best dealer, salesperson AND great deal need to buy from S.J. After leaving the Kia dealer, we stopped here to see what they could do. Got a great deal on a used 2017 Kia Sportage. I will definitely be buying my next car at DJ Denham.
Visitors traveling through town, our Cherokee TrailHawk threw a bunch of codes at us one morning. Thunks and slams into gear -- it barely moved. Not a good time to have car trouble, we thought. Rolled it into SJD and they were able to juggle the work in their service bays in order to make room for us -- we got right in. Turns out the problem was nothing more than a weak battery. Who knew that the transmission in a Jeep would mis-fire because of a weak battery?!? And that once you install a new battery the transmission would need to re-boot!?! We were back on the road in just a couple of hours. These guys knew that I was not going to be a repeat customer and they still rolled out the red carpet for us. A big A+ for customer service and willingness to go the extra mile for strangers!
