Just a quick note to applaud SJD, excellent dealership & service dept. We take our Renegade there for service. Tony, service writer, is excellent in all respects. and that is an accolade this crusty ol mariner does not toss around lightly. the service dept i think is what sets a dealership apart. SJD i believe has an excellent service dept. I need tires, wonder if i can get them there? I would just to keep my business there. thats all. *update 26 Jul '19* note to commend Mike Feehan, double most excellent attitude on what was a rather harried day. minor recall issue w/our jeep renegade - appointment set, work completed and car returned. simple no prob issue...then the engine lite came on. Mike set next avail appt date, professional & courteous even in the hussle/bussle of a busy maint dept. I know the maint counter is a busy place, lots going on. Mike displayed the calm demeanor needed at that counter. Well done.
just a quick shout out to service advisor Mike Feehan - mostly a great attitude while dealing with seemingly a dozen ringing phones - folks waiting to get cars check in in/out, etc. i watched as i waited my turn, Mike was genuinely polite & courteous while being professional & direct. A rare combo of customer service skills. We are very happy with our Jeep and will continue to be customers. Next new Jeep already in our sights. thank you for a job well done.

We buy a lot of cars. Like, a lot. Over 20 new vehicles in the last 10 years and 4 in the last 12 months. That means we've been to car dealerships from as far south as Madera, all over Northern CA, bay area, WA state and Idaho. Our experience with SJ Denham was the first time we said "we're coming back here." I spoke with Mike Riley mostly via email. He was helpful and answered my questions. When he said he would get back to me, he did. Price negotiations were quick, easy and fair. He was quiet during the test drive so my husband and I could focus on the vehicle and talk to each other about it. I hate salesmen who yap the whole test drive. He was patient as we looked the car over and tried out all the stuff.The finance deptartment process was just as great and Lisa Kelley was fast, friendly and not pushy with additional products/warranties. We were there just a few hours from start to finish. Usually at the end of the buying process I'm thinking "thank God it's over" but this time we were thinking "we'll be back" before we even drove off in our new car.
