I've been trying to replace speed sensor in my rear diff all the auto stores work completely clueless to the part I needed everyone's computer showed the same part which does not fit someone sent me to SJ Denham with my VIN number they were not only able to quickly find the correct part I needed but they filled me in on other info as well as letting me know my truck has a recall part very satisfied thank you SJ Denham

Whatever it was: being from around the same area in California, outdoor hobbies, being in a similar car situations, etc. There was a connection established and trust was built, and they were able to understand exactly what I wanted.
